A Good Store warrants all products sold to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. 

The warranty does not extend to fair wear and tear.

To make a claim, proof of purchase should be provided. 

Upon satisfactory evidence being provided, A Good Store will replace the damaged product or faulty component.

Products damaged by misuse, not following the care instructions or anything other than manufacturer defects in the material or workmanship, are excluded from coverage under this warranty.

We cannot refund consumers for products purchased from retail stockists or websites other than www.agoodstore.co.nz. Refund requests must be dealt with through the place of purchase.
